How CPG Connect Can Help
CPG Connect, Canada’s #1 Job & Networking site for the Consumer Goods and Retail Industry, representing over 300 of Canada’s Top CPG & Retail Employers, has launched a networking program, called our Connect-Service. With this new program, we will be actively networking with members, on behalf of select companies, looking to fill various roles at their companies.

How our Connect Service Works
With our new Connect-Service, companies posting jobs on CPG Connect will now have the option to upgrade their job posting to a Connect-Service.
Your experience searching the job board on CPG Connect will remain unchanged. You will be able to actively search the job board and apply to positions of interest.
For positions where companies have upgraded to a Connect-Service, you will be able to identify this by the mode of application, which will be to submit your resume to a member of the CPG Connect team.
As part of the Connect-Service, we will also be actively reaching out to members by phone and email, based on work experience and interests, to proactively share relevant opportunities.
To make sure that we reach out to you about opportunities of interest to you, be sure to keep your profile on CPG Connect up date, including your contact information and your most up to date work experience.
How to Share your Resume with Us
In addition to keeping your profile on CPG Connect current, if you are actively looking for a new opportunity, be sure to also share/upload your resume on CPG Connect, so that we can be sure to bring relevant opportunities to you!
When uploading a resume on CPG Connect, you can elect to make your resume Public, Confidential or Private. If you make your resume Public, it will go into the resume database available to employers and they will be able to see your contact details. If you make your resume Confidential, it will go into the resume database available to employers, except that your contact information will be kept confidential. On the other hand, if you only want to make your resume available for CPG Connect to see, simply select to upload your resume as a “Private” resume.
CPG Connect will then reach out to you regarding opportunities that we feel you may be interested in, and you will then be able to make a decision if you wish to submit an application. We will never submit your application without your implicit consent.

How to Follow CPG Connect Connect-Services Opportunities
CPG Connects' vision has always been to centralize job postings for CPG & Retail Professionals, so you will always be able to easily find job opportunities that we are working on directly on the CPG Connect Job Board.
The Job Board includes all of our Employer Job Postings, and when CPG Connect is running a Connect-Service for a job, you will either come across the opportunity as a CPG Connect branded job posting or you will find the job advertised with the Employers branding, but then will be asked to directly apply to a member of the CPG Connect Team.
