With the introduction of social media such as Facebook and Twitter, comes a whole new set of issues associated with privacy and policy concerns.  So what are the solutions to this uproar of cases?  Having policies and procedures put into place is a start for companies, but this is no guarantee against the problems that can possibly occur.
