The whole world felt the impact of the 2008 recession, and slowly we have begun to see the light at the end of the tunnel.  According to the Bank of Canada survey, Canadian businesses intend to hire many workers over the next year in support of growth and expansion.  Let’s hope that this optimism proves to be true.
